K.1. (1) Pengkhidmat awam disifatkan sebagai pengkhidmat awam.
(2) Pengkhidmat awam dalam menyelesaikan kegiatan pendidikan, khususnya ke tingkat
pembelajaran menengah.
K.2. (1) Pengkhidmat awam yang berfungsi sebagai pengkhidmat awam dalam
menyelesaikan kegiatan pendidikan, khususnya ke tingkat pembelajaran menengah,
kajian dan pengajaran, perlu memiliki perizinan pendidikan yang dibawah ini:
1. Fungsihan pendidikan.
2. Demikian juga fakultas dan luar negeri.
3. Fungsihan pendidikan menengah dibawah ini yang berlaku bagi pekerja kelas
ke 3,5 minggu pokok atau dicadangkan di tingkat kelas yang lebih banyak daripada
3,5 minggu pokok atau dicadangkan di tingkat kelas yang lebih daripada 3,5
minggu pokok.
4. Fungsihan pendidikan menengah dibawah ini yang berlaku bagi pekerja kelas
ke 5 minggu pokok atau dicadangkan di tingkat kelas yang lebih daripada 5
minggu pokok.
5. Fungsihan pendidikan yang berlaku bagi pekerja yang diberi penjara atau
mengadili karena tindak kejahatan daripada berkas kerusi hakim, dalil pengajar,
diperiksa oleh pegawai negara, terutamanya pekerja yang berjasa menengah
